These prizes, the Prof. Piskarskas Awards for Best Presentations on Photonics and Laser Technologies, are sponsored by Light Conversion.
Prof. Algis Petras Piskarskas is internationally recognized as one of the founders of ultrafast OPA and OPCPA technologies. He has made a significant contribution to strengthening the connection between laser research and industry in Lithuania.
